Parick Swayze Will Not Be Forgotten

I was on my way to work this morning and I heard on the radio about Patrick Swayze passing away yesterday.
I remember the first time I saw him was in the North and South series. I thought he was one good looking man. I was trying to decide if I had a favorite movie but I don't think I do. I just had to write something about him. I will miss seeing any new movies . I am going to go now I am tired. If anyone has a favorite movie it would be interesting to hear from you.

School Days Are Back Again

I'm finally back. I have been without internet. I have finally got dsl.
Well lets see what has been going.
My daughter got baptized, I got a job, my days of not working are over.
Oh yeah school has started back up again. Today was the first day.
I'm making this short because I have just come home from work and I am tired.

Life Goes On

Things have been pretty busy lately.
My nephew got married
My daughter got saved and we drove to Talledega Ala to see her baptized.
She is spending the summer with her older sister.
I have not been able to post as I would like due to no internet at my home.
I will be getting again pretty soon.

Making Pickles

When I was a young girl and my mother go and pick beans and snap beans or shell peas I decided that when I was grown I would not do that stuff again.
It is so amazing that the things that you said you were not going to do when you were young are the the things that you are doing when you are grown.
My husband planted a garden and I told him that it was his thing and I didn't want to have anything to do with it. Well guess what?
I am the one stuck with dealing with what comes from the garden.
He planted cucumbers and he wanted some dill pickles and so I made some ....



My next project is some bread n butter pickles. If anyone has a recipe for them

I would appreciate it. I told my husband that I am not guaranteeing how they will taste but I tried. I will let you know after we try them.
